Start your day by stepping outside to our street side patio, perfect for sipping morning coffee, taking in a mid day lunch while people watching, or enjoy al-fresco dinner under the stars (or string lights, which ever you'd prefer!). Our first floor features a multi-use space with a queen Murphy bed and an attached patio, providing flexibility for your stay.

The second floor boasts a large and cozy living room with a large screen TV, seating for the whole group, and a luxury queen pull-out sofa. Step out onto the patio to grill and people-watch, or whip up your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table to gather around. As this is our home most of the year, you will find the kitchen immaculately stocked, a dream for the chefs in your group. The second bedroom features a king bed, providing the ultimate in comfort and relaxation.

On the third floor, you'll find the last bedroom, fully equipped with king bed, a walk-in closet, and ensuite. Take in the views from the many windows or the private 3rd floor patio, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the San Diego sun.

Our home has everything you need for an exquisite San Diego retreat, including access to beach cruisers and other beach essentials to help you fully embrace the beach lifestyle. Don't wait, book today and indulge in a luxurious and relaxing San Diego getaway.

-This home is the owners permanent residence for most of the year.

This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking.
