This wooden boardwalk offers stunning views of Scripps Pier and the La Jolla coastline. Perfect for a serene morning walk, it's located near the Scripps Institution of Oceanography on La Jolla Shores Drive.

La Jolla Hidden Bench
Tucked away north of the Scripps Coastal Meander, this secluded spot provides a quiet place to enjoy similar views to the meander but with more privacy. It's accessible via a staircase leading down from La Jolla Shores Drive. Go down the staircase to the bottom level, and look for a brown wooden building. Behind there you'll see a wooden step footpath situation walk up to it and you'll spot the hidden bench. It has the same great views as the meander but is more secluded.
La Jolla Secret Swings
These swings offer breathtaking views of the ocean and are a well-kept local secret. They're located near Birch Aquarium, with one of the swings accessible via a path at the south end of the parking lot. Another swing can be found off the Coastal Trail Walk, near a white pedestrian bridge.
