1 King (2nd floor, sleeps 2)
1 Queen (ground floor, sleeps 2)
1 Queen (3rd floor loft  sleeps 2)
1 Twin bunk (3rd floor loft, sleeps 2)
1 Twin (3rd floor loft, sleeps 1) 

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Beach gear provided (chairs and beach towels)
-Top floor "bedroom" is a loft. There are no doors between the different sleeping arrangements or the staircase. 
-Exterior camera's on the premises, front court facing, not directed at property for guest privacy.

***This home is located on a very quiet court, surrounded by full time live-in neighbors. Neighbors rightfully take a lot of pride in their neighborhood and are very sensitive to noise. They are welcoming and love to share their court with responsible guests. We want to make guests are fully aware of this before booking. This home is actively monitored by excessive noise detection systems.***

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING: 
There's a two-car garage (6'8H x 15'W x 16'D). There is limited additional public street parking or island public parking lots, a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
