-This home is the upper unit of a duplex.
-Parking can be tight for larger vehicles. To be sure there are no surprises, please be sure your vehicles fit in the carport before booking.
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area
