This stunning, recently remodeled property is just a short walk away from the picturesque La Jolla Shores Beach, making it the perfect retreat for large families or groups looking to enjoy a fantastic time together in a beautiful and relaxing setting.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a beautiful great room with modern, updated decor. The spacious living room features a 55” LED TV, a cozy fireplace, and slider access to the backyard. The modern chef's kitchen comes with all brand new high-end appliances and a breakfast bar with 3 high-top stools, perfect for a quick bite to eat before a long day. The adjacent dining area has a large table for 8-10, making it easy for everyone to dine together after a long day of adventuring or relaxing.

Our home comfortably sleeps 12 guests in beds furnished with premiere linens for your ultimate comfort. The oversized, cheerful master king bedroom opens directly to the backyard through a sliding glass door and features a 40” flat screen TV, a seating nook, and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combination. The lower level features 4 additional bedrooms, 3 with king beds and 1 with a queen bed. The 2nd king bedroom also has an ensuite bath and a 40” flat screen TV, facing the lush garden through its 6’ window. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms feature a king and queen bed respectively and share a hallway bathroom. The 5th bedroom, on the second floor, has 2 king beds and an en suite bath (perfect for the kids or in-laws). All bedrooms have flat screen TVs for your entertainment needs.

But that's not all! Our home boasts a large private backyard, complete with a Jacuzzi under a canopy for 5, a fire pit, a barbecue, and an al-fresco dining table for 6-8 people. With plenty of comfortable seating options, you can bask in the ocean breeze and watch the sunset over the western sky. The open floor plan on the second floor starts with the sun-drenched bonus room. The brightly lit living room has floor-to-ceiling glass doors, high windows, vaulted ceiling, and even a kitchenette.
