-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-There is a unit above the garage/detached bedroom above the backyard that is occupied by long-term tenants. They do not share any spaces with main house guests or have any views into the backyard. The property was designed with privacy for the main house in mind.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over Ocean Beach. Some airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-There is 1 security camera next to the front door facing out.
-Spa is serviced every Friday and landscaping is serviced every Monday. Neither vendor will need access into the interior of the home. 

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING:
One off-street parking space located in the driveway 33’ D x 13’ W. There is also ample additional public street parking in the neighborhood. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
