THINGS TO KNOW
-Dog friendly: 1 dogs , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Non-shedding breed only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-There is a full-time, live-in housekeeper occupying the 1st, non-guest accessible level of this home. Housekeeper does not  need access to occupied home unless under very extreme circumstances. Guests are asked to please limit contact with housekeeper.
-The pictured driveway is not for guest use. There is ample parking directly in front of the home.
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over north Ocean Beach. From south Ocean Beach, where this home is located, some airplane noise may be heard on occasion. This home is not directly under the usual flight path. Departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth the slight potential noise!
-Washer and Dryer is a 2-1 combo. Laundry does take a bit longer to complete.

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
