THINGS TO KNOW

-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. 
-Basic Beach gear provided (Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels)
-Like most beach homes in the area, there is no AC. Home has patio doors for a cool sea breeze and ceiling fans throughout. 
-There is no elevator. It is 14 steps to the front door. The rooftop deck accessed from the entryway for the main home and require an additional 15 steps to get to the top.
-The hot tub on the lower patio is NOT for this unit. It is ONLY for 734 SLR unit tenants.
-Home is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a duplex. Please be mindful of your downstairs neighbors, thank you!
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area
