The open-concept living space includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining nook, and a pull-out full-size sofa bed for extra guests. A washer/dryer is available for your convenience, making this home ideal for both weekend getaways and longer stays. With shops, dining, and the beach just around the corner, this intimate retreat offers comfort, convenience, and a truly local coastal experience.

• Bedroom – Queen bed, sleeps 2
• Living Room – Full-size pull-out sofa bed, sleeps 1 adult or 2 children
• Total guest capacity: 4 (3 adults max recommended)

THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• ID and credit card verification required to complete booking.
• Home is located in a lively area—ambient street noise may be present.
• Equipped with noise monitoring device (no sound recorded), per city ordinance.
• No AC; fans and a wall heater are provided. Enjoy the ocean breeze!

SUITABILITY
• Ideal For: Families, couples, groups.
• Child-Friendly: Welcoming for children (please supervise young ones).
• Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
• Exterior security camera & decibel meters
• Guest must sign an e-sign agreement w/ Coast's terms and conditions
