Welcome to our expansive three-story beach house, the ultimate destination for large families or groups of friends! This stunning home offers everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation, featuring outdoor spaces, cozy living areas, ample sleeping arrangements, and an unbeatable location just steps from the beach.

Our property is designed for both group gatherings and personal retreats. Relax on the inviting rooftop patio or unwind in the spacious, comfortable living rooms. With plenty of bedrooms, everyone can enjoy a restful night's sleep. The location is ideal, mere moments from the shoreline!

One of the unique features of our beach house is the ground floor, which is a separate 800-square-foot apartment, providing additional space and privacy from the main house on the second and third levels (an additional 3,400 square feet).

On the second floor, you'll find the main living area, where you’ll feel right at home. The living room boasts a large modern smart TV, perfect for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, a charming breakfast bar, and all the essentials for your culinary needs. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, offering plenty of sleeping options. In addition, the third floor includes an additional three bedrooms, ensuring ample space for everyone.

Our beach house is conveniently located just a short distance from the famous Mission Beach boardwalk, which runs parallel to the Pacific Ocean. Belmont Park, a short walk away, is a must-see attraction featuring a historic roller coaster, arcade, midway games, mini golf, laser tag, and more. There's something for everyone, making it an ideal outing for all ages.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for a nightly fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-Bunk Beds are meant for children only, please no adults.
-To access the Queen room on the 3rd floor you walk through the King Master bedroom. 
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
