You'll be right in the thick of the action while enjoying a peaceful retreat above it all.

The patio is the star of the show, equipped with a large dining table for al-fresco meals, a grill for summer cookouts, and a cozy outdoor sofa for lounging in the sun or taking in a Pacific coast sunset over the water. Inside, the condo has an open concept that seamlessly blends the living room, kitchen, and dining area, making it perfect for family gatherings.

Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring everyone has their own space and privacy. And with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room, you'll have unparalleled views of the stunning surroundings.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (sleeps 6, recommend 5, 4 adults max)
-1 King (sleeps 2)
-1 Double & 2 Twin Bunk (sleeps 3-4)

THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-Dog friendly: 1 dog , weighing 25 lbs or less, welcome in this home for an additional fee. Small to medium non-shedding breeds only. Must be kenneled when unsupervised. No other animals are allowed without specific Coast approval. Please contact Coast Vacation Homes to inquire.
-Top bunk is meant for children only.
-Basic Beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels)
-San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it!
-Building shared laundry facilities. The machines require quarters for operation and are not provided by Coast Vacation Homes. 
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area

ATTENTION
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.

PARKING
There is 1 space in a shared garage: 183'" D x 96” W x 84” H. There is limited additional street parking or parking lots a 1-2 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street.
