• Total guest capacity: 6 guests (6 adults max).

THINGS TO KNOW
• Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards.
• Stairs: No stairs are required to enter the home, but all bedrooms are located on the second floor and require stairs to access.
• There is an unpictured third floor that is not available for guest use.
• Garage parking is very tight and may not accommodate larger vehicles or SUVs. Please review measurements carefully prior to arrival.
• Fish tank maintenance occurs every Monday between 2–4 PM and the vendor will need access to the home.
• Spa is serviced and cleaned weekly.
• Landscaping is serviced weekly.
• A separate e-sign agreement, ID verification, and credit card verification are required to complete booking.
• Exterior security cameras and a noise monitoring device are present on the property.
